Antonio is a wonderful host—very chill and easygoing. The work was easy and pleasant. The location is beautiful, offering a chance to unwind and relax amidst nature. We could borrow bikes to head to the beach, and the surrounding area boasts amazing views. Antonio has two dogs that kept us company throughout our two-week stay. The neighbor, Patrick, was also very kind and cooked us some delicious, authentic Italian pasta! Antonio drove us to the store and the train station whenever we needed it. Thanks again for the stay—I hope to have the chance to visit this place again!

My time at Antonio's the farm was a special 2.5 weeks. While the main tasks involved the daily cleaning of two bungalows and four rooms, I took the initiative to help with the animals, too. Waking up to walk the dogs and care for Ugo the pony and the chickens was a personal highlight. Antonio is incredibly chill and funny; despite the language barrier, being open-minded made connecting easy. I'd recommend renting a car to explore Calabria after work, and buy carrots for Ugo and treats for dogs hihi! It's a wonderful place and the neighbor Patrick is super open to have great conversations too:)

I spent two weeks here. It's a perfect place to disconnect and be in contact with nature. We also had bicycles available to get around. Antonio was very attentive and fun.

I spent two weeks here and overall it was a really nice experience. The place is beautiful and there are amazing spots nearby like Scilla and the beaches along the coast that are definitely worth visiting. The work is simple (mostly helping with cleaning and small tasks) and you usually have time to explore. I'm grateful for my time here.

I volunteered at the farm for 3.5 weeks, mostly is cleaning work, but also have a chance to do some interesting things like planting lavender. I am a remote worker. Sometimes I need to work in the morning but the work in the farm is mostly in the morning. So if you are digital nomad too you need to negotiate with Antonio well (in details!) before. The place where volunteers sleep is a typical room: two bedrooms(one is bigger and one is smaller), one living room, kitchen and bathroom. During my stay I had chance to explore nature, local cafe, nearby beaches even public hospital.

I really enjoyed my time at the farm, it is an ideal space for meditation and reflection, it is quiet and peaceful. Antonio was always collaborative, kind and interested in my well-being. I always saw him as having a good temper.

This was my first volunteering program and it couldn't have been better. The other volunteers and Antonio greeted me so calmly. Antonio is a really open minded and funny person. He is really flexible but sometimes you have to be flexible too if it's about work. But you always can solve any problems together. The only hard thing is he just can speak italian but he is really communicative and always using the translater so it is not really problem for a second. The farm is beautiful and peaceful, you really can connect with nature and the animals. Thank you Antonio for this experience. 💛

This was my first volunteering experience and it was amazing. Antonio is a great host, he is very funny and even though he doesn't speak english we always found ways to communicate. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and we always had so much fun with him and the other volunteers . The work is not hard and it's done very quickly. I loved the farm and all the animals especially the dogs, they were so sweet. I'm going to miss Calabria very much.

This was my first worldpackers volunteering experience and it was everything I could have wanted and more. The tasks - maintaining bnb rooms, cooking, cleaning, taking care of the animals - were all enjoyable, and the hours were never too intense. I got to travel and see the surrounding area during my free time, and I had so much fun and I grew so fond of the people I met here. With Antonio there is always a lot of laughs, ridiculous situations, and so much stupid fun.
