There are many things to do in the area and its really easy to get anywhere. Our job was mainly working with animals, cleaning and painting and workhours were respected.

He also gave me tips, tricks, and advice whenever I tried something new for the first time. The work hours were respected. The whole team and family were super friendly and you could ask them for help as well. A big home. Outside of work I quickly became friends with the other volunteers and we spend a lot of time together, there are many activities you can do in the area. I had a great time!

This experience at the farm Algavre was amazing! Our work was mostly painting cleaning and feeding animals. Sam and his family were really nice, they always helped us with everything, telling theirs stories and making us feel like we are at home. I definitely appreciate that they were always there for us. Working at the farm with the animals was very rewarding. My days off were always respected. Due to a shortage of staff, I worked almost 8 hours a day on my own initiative. Since I cared for and fed the animals, I chose to give extra time so they never lacked anything. Samuel is a correct host and the team is wonderful. Belinda was a sweetheart and tireless when I had an allergy. Mr. Tom was a super 5 star gentleman with me. I leave a kiss and a hug for Vanessa, who made the breakfasts and lunches, and missing memories for Svetlana from the laundry, who was spectacular.

My stay at the farm was wonderful! The working hours were arranged in a way that still allowed plenty of time to explore and enjoy activities afterward, and I really loved working with the animals. The rooms were fine, and I met many amazing people during my time there. You usually work quite independently and receive new tasks each day, which keeps things interesting. We were also occasionally allowed to use the pool, and we enjoyed both hiking trips and city visits in the surrounding area.
