What an incredible 2 weeks I had volunteering here! Ceren is amazing and goes above and beyond for all volunteers - taking us for hikes, having drinks and chatting. The work is very fair and is in a beautiful hotel. I was in Reception so in the mornings from 8am-1pm checking out guests, assisting with check-ins or providing information. The whole team is lovely and more than happy to help any time (including translating Turkish). The staff house is in the next town over, about a 40min-1hr walk or 10min drive, and is very comfortable. I had a double bed to myself! Would 100% recommend!!!

I had the most amazing time at Nomads Cave and would love to come back again one day.
The work was 5hours a day, 6 days a week. The house was clean, comfortable and had the sweetest dog. Ceren is so kind, funny and helpful, she took us to and from work everyday or booked a taxi to pick us up.
Cappadocia is such a beautiful place, I could easily have spent longer exploring. You can also get reduced rates on excursions through the hotel.
By far the best volunteer experience I have had, I have made life long friends with incredible people and truly found a second home in Goreme. Thank you all❤️

Stay in the Nomads Hotel for a while was great! The hosts are friendly and supportive. The house you stay is located in a small town next to where the hotel is, but it's a calm and good area Its great to know the area around Goreme in Capadoccia. The hotel is also really nice! Overall, it's a great experience for anyone looking to connect with good people and enjoy a good place.

I had a good experience volunteering with them. The region is absolutely beautiful, we had the opportunity to explore cities around and all the beautiful valleys. The accommodation was nice and comfortable and the work hours were always respected. The only negative point is that the accommodation is about an hour away from the main city and from the hotel we were working, so if we wanted to go somewhere during our free time, we needed to walk or try to hitchhike. But I loved the opportunity to meet locals and learn from them. I would definitely recommend the experience!

Had a great time at Nomads! The working hours and the tasks were super easy and flexible and we were lucky to get a private room, making our stay extra comfortable. We got a chance to da lot of fun stuff during our free time, although most of the activities to do there are paid for and usually not cheap. But for me the best was being able to explore all the different Valleys around the area :) 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back!!

It was overall a nice experience and we're very grateful for what we were given. There were a few issues we had though. We felt we were expected to do more at work than the paid employees, as we'd have to complete things that should've been done already to keep a restaurant running and looking nice. The social aspect wasn't there for us since they didn't speak English around us, only when they needed to ask or say something to us. We felt a little left out for that reason. The house was always dirty or messy and we'd have to clean up after others a lot.

Sorry to say but the place is not a the camping in a valley, you will be told the day before arrival that it is actually a hotel in the city and you are not working as agreed position but as a waiter in the restaurant. The host is not a man on the profile, it is a girl, somebody else. I found out the camping had been shut down for 3-4 years already. You are working almost as the same as regular paid workers, longer hours than agreed. The boss treats you as a regular worker and she doesnt respect you at all. Bullying happens. The place to live is nice, rooms are great.

Nomads Cave is a really good place to stay. We stayed in a house in a small town near the hostel and that gave us more chances to go for a hike in the valleys. Work was good and as agreed. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience.
