I had a great experience at the hostel and I'm really grateful for the opportunity! The owner, manager, and staff were incredibly welcoming, easygoing, respectful, and fair. The tasks are straightforward, and if you enjoy interacting with people and customer service, it's a really great experience. The 3 PM to 10 PM schedule can be a little restrictive, but if you organize your time well, you can still explore and enjoy your days. I was even able to travel around South Korea during my stay, which made the experience even more special.

I recommend this place if you are good with sticking to your duties are responsible. Work load varies between days but it's never too much.

Two volunteerings at this hostel and I couldn't be happier. As a front desk staff, I had the opportunity of welcoming guests from all around the world. I felt very happy to be part of the guests's experience in Seoul.
Tasks are easy to learn and even easier to do!

The hostel was a great experience. The work life balance was more than perfect, the hostel is in Meongdong and next to the train station so you never run out of places to go and things to do. The work load was only a few hours in the morning, with really great teamwork from the other volunteers and staff , Manager Joon was very helpful with explanation and feedback on the job. Also a great environment to meet other volunteers and make friends. 10/10 would recommend.

Volunteering at the hostel has been an unforgettable experience. The hours are fully respected and the work load varies depending on the day, but it usually takes no more than 4 hours daily. As a team, the working enviroment couldn't be better. It's location is quite convenient to visit Myeongdong and Jongno-ga. The closest station is Euljiro, in which you can take line 2. At the hostel I've had the opportunity of meeting new people, learning new skills and developing others I had already acquired. I feel grateful for this experience, the people I met and the things I've learnt.

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel and couldn't have asked for better. Joon and Lucy were both helpful and nice hosts. The staff is friendly and I was also lucky with the volunteers I met. They made my stay memorable! The facilities and the room, even if small and shared with the other cleaning volunteer, have been more than enough for my entire stay. The cleaning varies depending on how busy the day is, but in general it's easy and takes less than 5h, indeed I had a lot of free time. The hostel has a central position, so it's great to travel around Seoul from there. Definitely recommended!
