The place was really far from the beach and thethe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villageand it was not mentionned at all so we had to rent a quad to be able to do other activities. When we arrived, the host showed us only our dorm and went scrolling on her phone for the rest of the day. We felt really lost and scared and we didn't know What we were doing here. The volunteer work was only to water plants so none of the other thing Like social impact work or art was there. We were really disappointed. We didn't felt like part of athe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagebecause we were apart from all the rest of the people. They wanted to make money.

I don't understand how this volunteering is still available. I had to leave the place the next day that I arrived. Nothing that it's in the description is true, there is no permaculture talks, no yoga and capoeira everyday, no surf lessons with discount, no dedicated workspace and not even the room and kitchen are clean and safe enough. There was not enough food for all the volunteers even when we paid 10$ In my opinion the "the eco village village-village" project is a completely lie. Two volunteers had to help removing trees for a real state purpose. We didn't feel good destroying the land, is not our values.

Unfortunately we were really disappointed with our stay. We had to stop the volunteering because everything was in a really bad condition. The pictures are not up to date. The food was not sufficient. The schedule which is uploaded is not accurate. There were no educational talks or lessons. The free surf board was broken and not usable. We were not helping any good cause, in fact we had to help removing trees from properties for future clients who are supposed to buy land there. The „the eco village village-Project“ I would say is a big lie, I'm sorry to say it but it doesn't align with my values.

A warm and flexible space to meet other travellers, contribute and hike! There’s waterfalls nearby and getting to/leaving Beija by foot is a mid to upper-level hike. Loved yoga and capoeira, and also Friday community dinners. Special thanks to Clara, the coordinator, who made it very enjoyable. 💙 Make sure to bring your own food to complement the provided, everyday meals!

Thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villageis an awesome place. The hosts are super kind and fun. You get to learn and practice about a bunch of things, like yoga and capoeira. The volunteer area is very acceptable. There can be bugs or humidity all over, but it's just normal, since you're in the middle of the jungle. You get pretty much all the accommodations you need, and you can have a great time with the other volunteers and the kids. It is a bit remote, so you can walk, but sometimes rides will work. Overall, it's amazing.

Thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villageIs for those who want disconnect from everyday life and have an immersive experience into nature and spirituality. The volunteer house is a bit far from the city and the main beaches but you can walk all around the amazing area to find beautiful waterfalls and amazing rivers. You are surrounded by a lot of animals (lot of mosquitos tough) and you can raise, collect and prepare your own food. Tasks are easy and you are asked to collaborate how you want/can. The family hosting the project is extremely kind, they are always there to help, giving amazing classes of yoga and Capoeira

I had a wonderful stay atthe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village village, my first volunteering experience through Worldpackers! Thethe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villageis welcoming, and mornings started with classes of yoga, capoeira and kung fu followed by light and enjoyable tasks like cooking, cleaning, or gardening. I loved bonding with the other volunteers, sharing meals, and learning from each other. The property is spacious and close to beaches, waterfalls, and Montezuma, offering plenty to explore in free time. Grateful for the experience and the amazing people I met!
