I am Veasna Tong a Cambodian teacher. I really wanted to help the children of my village in the whole community since there is nobody that knows English and try to improve people’s lifestyle. For this reason, I decided to create this school in 2009, starting from nothing. It was very hard at the beginning, but I was able to overcome the difficulties and built something bigger.

Description: ✍️For the 8$(Fan) 9$ included three meals(breakfast, Lunch, Dinner are additional) for the private room(comfortable, clean bathroom inside). Before Covid19 in our school had enough ability to support the meal during staying. But now we can't to offer, because we're supporting the poorest children in school So during you're staying in our school we suggest you help to share only 3$ per each meals as breakfast, Lunch dinner if you need

That’s why we are looking for people that what to help us to provide these students the education that they need and improve our school with other projects.
Volunteers that choose to help children at our(EECFC) school and homestay can expect a wholesome and rewarding many experiences. Volunteering at our EECFC school will also allow you to be immersed in local Cambodian cultures. If you look at our photo galleries, you can see various activities that the children enjoyed with our past volunteers. These activities have been created by voluntary teachers, many of whom have given their time and resources, adding to the opportunities we can offer our children, such as English lessons, Khmer lessons,art, Music, Sports and other school activities.
I think education is the most important thing for children, young people and humans. It can improve all the people and their situations and helps them to succeed in their future lives.

Many thanks for your help of the supporting and sponsors. We accept all volunteers as one of our own and we treat everyone as part of our family. As a volunteer, you will be assisting the school teacher to teach English to the rural children. However, you are more than welcome to teach them other cool hobbies as well. If you are interested for volunteering with our program, donating,or fundraising, please contact us via the contaction details are at the end of this page. Our Homestay is safe and comfortable, we ask a volunteer to contribute $8 US per day for a private room 9USD included 3 meals. A private rooms with fan. There is clean drinking water provided as well as vegetarian food options.
The Special Volunteer Activities Program includes: - Presentation and introduction of the history and experiences of the founder Director EECFC's future plans and goals for the children (Honesties are the key to success)
The Schedule of available activities for volunteer programs (teaching, social conversational interaction, building projects, gardening etc)
To explain training course of lesson plans by the local Khmer teachers of English.
T-shirt of teacher for selling $10 The volunteer activities of the English teacher with our local Khmer staff includes:
- Assisting to teach English and play games - Speaking with the children, giving them English practice
- Helping building the school
- Environment cleaning
- Growing vegetables / gardening
- A tour guide to food market
- Can see sunset and sunrise behind the (EECFC) school
- Watch traditional Khmer dance performances, shown by children of Cambodian Children
Transportation fee:
- Airport $25 US one way by tuk-tuk and $35 US by car
- Into town $5 US one way
- Small tour of country side $15 by tuk-tuk and $25 US by car
We don’t allow all the teachers smoke or drink alcohol or other drugs at our school while you're staying and teaching the students. Thanks you very much for your best time, kindness and good heart.
