Our volunteer program is about being part of the Community
In this way, we work as a team to create the best experience for both guests and staff.
We expect volunteers to show commitment, integration, and to be able to enjoy the destination chosen in the Caribbean. We want them to be well and comfortable (both with their meals and their rest hours) and to also be able to connect with the guests and the activities.
30 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Nuestro pilar es la comunicación y la salud, y es por eso que siempre estamos abiertos a escuchar sugerencias sobre el programa.
Los turnos son de 5 u 8hs diarias, cumpliendo con el total de 30hs semanales. Las tareas del voluntario, en gran parte, serán: preparación y venta de bebidas; ayudar al bartender o al chef en la preparación de eventos, sirviendo a los huéspedes y ordenando el lugar, colaborando así también con la limpieza del mismo durante y después del evento.
Esta permitido:
-invitar amigos al Hostel durante el dia
-Usar las instalaciones, wifi y áreas comunes del Hostel
-Pedir alojamiento para día libre en otro Hostel (previa autorización)
-Participar de las clases, actividades y salidas del Hostel
No esta permitido:
-Ingresar a cuartos de huéspedes del Hostel
-Consumir sustancias ilegales dentro del Hostel
-Presentarse fuera de tiempo o en malas condiciones al turno de trabajo
