This is a live-on site role with 3 small villa rentals. Your accommodations is a private studio. The villas hosts short-term guests and requires consistent upkeep to maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming environment. Tasks times vary due to guests arriving and departing dates, on average daily tasks are 4-6 hours primarily in the mornings or afternoons. You'll be responsible for cleaning routines like preparing villas between guest stays. Tasks include laundry, deep cleaning, and monitoring household supplies. Occasionally, you may be asked to assist with minor repairs, painting, or reorganizing storage areas. If you have the skills for building decks and larger projects you're welcome to share your talents.
The role offers plenty of free time outside of task hours. It's best suited for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable with hands-on work. Basic communication and coordination are expected, especially around guest check-ins/outs and household needs. The work is straightforward-but consistency matters.
