Basically, you'll have a private room and bathroom exclusively. You'll have free use of the kitchen and laundry, and free to roam the property and shared spaces also. I'll buy all the groceries you need or like, you help yourself to the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Essentially, help is needed with some boat restoration and gardening - nothing too crazy. As for duties, sorting etc. Regarding gardening, nothing too rigorous, mainly lawn mowing, some pruning and tidying, sorting and some light maintenance also. I have an old sail boat I could use some help with sanding and painting, but you won't need to do that alone of course :)
