My time with Kim, Nik and Glenda was very special. The tasks were very straightforward and changed depending on the day. They always made sure we were fed and had coffee available. Their sense of humor was always great! Everybody had fun together and even on longer work days there was good energy. They have a beautiful home surrounded by mountains and they made sure to take us around and show us all the best hiking spots and towns to hang out in. Kim was great about taking me to the train station on free days. Very special project to be apart of!

I got fully immersed in Swiss rural life: mulching, picking fresh apples and plums for homemade jams and pies, and joining the season's first harvest while learning all about wine production. The workdays were sometimes long and physical, but the breathtaking mountain views and deep connection to nature made every minute worth it. It gave me the mental reset I truly needed and it was the perfect place to slow down with meaningful work. I couldn't recommend them more! <3

My first time in Switzerland couldn't have been better! Kim and her family made us feel at home from the very beginning and included us in their life. Every day was different, from working in the vineyards and harvesting fruit to making blueberry juice and jam. I loved the mountain views, the amazing food and all the little adventures after work. Kim and Nik always had great ideas for our free time and helped us explore the area. Thank you for such a warm, fun and unforgettable experience! Hopefully, see you all again very soon <3

Kim and her family are great hosts! I felt at home easily and they were very accommodating, kept us volunteers well fed and helped show us the local sights, activities and get immersed in swiss culture. I enjoyed spending time with other volunteers and doing the tasks on the vineyard/blueberry farm too, such as mulching, picking fruits, making and bottling juice and jams. All while surrounded by amazing view of steep mountains (bring your hiking self). There is also a cute pet cat. Wish i could have spent longer than 2.5 weeks here, kerns is a very nice place experience a swiss summer.

This was an amazing experience. We learned a lot about wine yard, Kim was always very attentive teaching us about it and also about the job itself. The view is amazing, they are surrounded by beautiful mountains. We had great time with her and her family, they are very special and Glenda's food is amazing - be prepared to miss the food in the same day you leave! We could learn about their culture as they were always happy to tell us histories and answering questions. Also, Kim and Nik used to drive us to the train station on our days of, which was great! I recommend 100%!!

It was a pleasure to be part of this project and to put effort and love in the wine yard. We could learn a lot about the farm from Kim, who was always very attentive. Also, she always did her best to keep everything super clean which is very important for us.
We shared very nice moments with the family, they are very special and good vibes! Also, Nik and Kim always made an effort for the volunteers to enjoy the days-off, even driving us to the train station quite often.

The best volunteer experience in my life!!! My husband and I have been here for two weeks. Please believe that I regret it before I leave. I regret why there are only two weeks. Kim's family is very warm and kind. Dad is a very humorous person, and mom's cooking is really delicious.!!
They took us to many places, which made us feel more worthwhile than the usual trip. The last time we came to Switzerland, we didn't think Swiss food was so delicious. This time at Kim's house, we realized that what we liked was the taste of home.
