I couldn't recommend the volunteer experience more. If you want to slow down and immerse yourself in Italian culture this is perfect. Lots of fresh veggies and lovely food. Thank you Thomaso and Corine, the stay was incredible.

Tommaso and Corinne are such wonderful people and I learned and laughed with them. they were very caring and made accomodations for me after The Incident. If you come in August you will meet a hunky man named Andrea who will show up when you want to go to bed but you will enjoy it. I came into this experience expecting to spend most of my days alone but instead I was met so many people and had so much fun. We spend every waking hour with each other and it made me realize that volunteering and meeting people (both local and international) are not mutually exclusive

Tomasso and Corinne are good people with big hearts. They are creating the farm for their family - growing their own food, medicinal plants, goats, chickens. They have a lot of friends who come visit, spend time together, play live music, cook delicious traditional italian food. Tommaso has great knowledge on wild plants and ecosystem. Working hours are very flexible. Work is demanding but rewarding. I have learned a lot and spent amazing time in Bagnole. Everyone made me feel part of the family. I miss you all already and hope to see you again soon xxx

Thank you so much. It was lovely spending time with you. We hope you can visit us again. Sorry we couldn't give you a review, but you've remained in our hearts for your simplicity, your transparency, your willingness to help us, and above all, the energy you put into everything you did. Thank you so much, a big hug from all of

I liked my time at Corinne's and Tommi's place and had a good time. They live in quite a rustic way which you need to like but it's fine for the days staying there. It's a beautiful place with wonderful views. The tasks could be quite hard & exhausting, but you can take many breaks and Tomi is quite flexible abt it. I did not feel the 5€ per day were really worth it, as they could have shopped for food more often and that should be covered by the worth of the work we did. All in all a nice experience!

Lived Tommaso he and his family were so lovely and welcoming. Stayed for a couple weeks, met amazing people not just locals but other international travellers. Wake up early, few hours work, the time the sun got over the mountain you were done and had the rest of the day to do anything. Only issue was near the end of stay, we were sent to help with processing apple's to make apple juice, we were just used for all the tasks they didn't want to do and no communication other then negatives, staying much longer usually 9am - 7pm. Had a wheelbarrow full of 🍎 fall ontop me multiple times. no help

This experience was something that I will hold very close to my heart. I really enjoyed every aspect of staying on the farm in Margno, Italy. I immediately felt so welcomed when I got to Bagnala and I met so many amazing people. Everyone was so eager to communicate with me even if there was a language barrier. The work was good and the food was AMAZING. I have so much gratitude for Tomasso and his family. Thank you!

My time at Bagnala was amazing! 20/10! . I got what I expected from the experience and so much more. I got to take a break from the city and spend my time in nature, eat delicious food and meet great people. Tommy and Cori are great hosts, they really make you feel welcomed and part of their family. I was also able to practice and improve my Italian. I definitely recommend this experience and will be back to Bagnala again. (Special shout out to my new volunteering friends ❤️)

Corinne, Tommaso, Gelsomina and Achile welcomed me into their home, their garden and their community and I am so glad. I loved working in their self-sustaining permaculture farm with the alps standing grandly around us. Their cooking was wonderful, and it was so satisfying to eat what you harvested out of the ground that day. And I learnt so many new Italian words! There was a good balance of work and time spent with the family in their lively community, to experience the surrounding the small mountain villages. In time off, hikes and a day trip to Lake Como were great too! Thanks Bagnala!

I have struggled to write this review because there is so much I wish to say. Tommaso and Cori are wonderful hosts who truly embody the spirit of this program. Your work will be hard, but for 5 hours a day, it flies by. If you are a hardworking, resilient person who likes being immersed in nature and local culture, you will thrive in Bagnala. They truly integrated us into their family and community, and I feel blessed to have worked with them. They worked alongside us and treated us with the utmost respect. It was an honor to work with them. I cannot recommend this experience enough! <3
