We hope that our volunteer is participative, communicative and humane! Here at our bar everything is done with a lot of love and good relationships among colleagues, and customer service is also very important. Portuguese and English are languages widely used around here, French and Spanish are a plus! The house is shared among volunteers and the host, we count on your help to keep the common areas of the house (such as the kitchen, living room) in order to make living together easier for everyone. Our house is a 2-minute walk from the bar! We are very close-knit and there is a strong sense of community in our village, so it’s important that you enjoy socializing and meeting people from all over the world; we would love if you could stay with us for 3 months during the summer season! Ah, our bar is surrounded by nature, in a very small village in the north of Portugal, nothing like a big city, here what you’ll have to enjoy are the trails, waterfalls and nature, so it’s important that you feel comfortable in this kind of environment more peaceful.
