Program Details
The program is combined with culture exchange while talking in English, day trips, hanging out with locals, making Korean friends and learning Korean language and culture.
1. Conversation.
The conversation session is 3 hours long, and there is a 10-minute break after every 50 minutes. We conduct the sessions in small groups, such as one-on-one up to one-on-three. We rotate after the break so that you can meet and talk to new people, which means you don’t have to worry about running out of topics to talk about.
To make the most of these sessions, it would be very nice if you are outgoing, active, and like to meet new people and share your daily life and culture. You don’t have to teach, so don’t worry! However, it is mandatory to be fluent in English.
2. Day trip
We try to offer a day trip which you can go look around famous sightseeing places in Busan and the cities near by. Places are included such as Miryang, Gyeongju, Yangsan, Daegu, Ulsan and etc. but the program varies depending on the situation.
3. Hanging out with locals.
When you hang out with locals, it would be the easiest way to make Korean friends. You can try Korean cuisine with locals like Korean BBQ, toppoki and very Busan local "pork soup." Also you can try Korean Karaoke, go to the gym and watching sports games and go to K-pop concerts!
4. Learning Korean language.
We also provide an opportunity to learn Korean language for those participants who are interested in learning Korean language.
