I'm so grateful for this wonderful and unforgettable time with Mark and Paula. Both are so lovely and treat you like family. They really want to make your stay as good as possible. The work was more than fair. They give you lots of freedom to do the work in your own way and really appreciate your help. They also give you an insight into Hawaiian culture you would never get as a tourist. They always offer to take you anywhere if they leave the property. But they also organized day trips so we could see different parts of the island. Paula cooks tasty dinner and even offered vegan alternatives.

Mark and Paula are the best hosts you could wish for. They always make you feel at home and are incredibly lovely people. They take you to many events and excursions on the island and you get a real view into Hawaiian culture that you would never get as a tourist. Working with Mark in the garden is fun and the working hours are flexible . The work itself was well-organized, and you always knew what to do, with someone available if you had any questions or didn't understand something. The cottage you sleep in is super equipped and you really have everything you need. Thank you both!

It was an honor to be Paula and Mark's first worldpacker. Their place is beautiful and it's taken care of with love. The work is simple and if you don't know something, they'll teach you(plus Mark has a lot of cool tools).Got to see a more local side of the farm. We did local activities like going for hot bread, kanikapila, farmer's market, the beach, live music events, etc. Paula knows a lot of history of Moloka'i so if you want to learn, she is a good source of information.I can't describe how much this experience meant to me. Paula & Mark (and the cats) are the loveliest people in Moloka'i!
