I had a really great time in the hostel. Vivik is a really friendly person who always helped me and was always available for any questions. The hostel is really nice and chill. It's located directly next to a train station, so I did a lot of day trips. The work is really manageable and organized. I really recommend visiting if you want a chill and friendly atmosphere and met new people! :)

The working was good it only took 2-3 hours to do all the cleaning everyday because we did it as a group (even though we were all supposed to have specific days) but then half way through some of our volunteers left so I was doing it on my own for a couple days until new volunteers arrived. I got 2 days off per week so I used them to see Tokyo and Kyoto.

The hostel is located near the train station. It was very clean as it was cleaned daily. There isn't a kitchen in the traditional sense but you can manage with a microwave and a pan on a gas stove. Vivek responded quickly to questions and recommended restaurants and activities. Sometimes we went on a tour together to sights like the Shiraito Waterfalls and Tanuki Lake. Overall it was a great experience – especially because of the nice people and the view of Mt. Fuji.

I would recommend it if you're interested in a easy stay around Mt. Fuji. There's a train station close by, which is convenient. The morning shifts were easy and flexible, but the evening shifts were very complicated at times. On paper they ended at 20:00, but we often had to check people in after, communication was difficult at times too. The hotel is still under construction so it can only get better.

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The convenience of being right next to Fuji station made sightseeing so efficient and easy. The facility was exceptionally clean and more than accommodating. Everyday was a new adventure and full of exciting experiences. I shared stories and memories with people from all over the world. I would definitely recommend anyone to spend time here , and get a true Fuji experience.

I stayed at the hostel for a month and a week, and it was a really good experience. The tasks were simple, and the atmosphere was very calm. As my first volunteering experience, it was a great opportunity to learn, meet kind people, and enjoy the place. I really loved my experience !The place is great, the task are easy. You can meet a lot of people which is fun! The owner is really kind. The hostel is near the train station!! We even had the opportunity to climb Mt. Fuji, which was a really great experience!
