I had great experience in bana tree hostel it was really fun and I made plenty of frends international and local. And I was volunteering at the chookies restaurant as a clerk. The job members were really friendly and kind. That experience made me feel come back again! I love this job and this hostel so super great! Thank you so much everybody!

I had an awesome time working at chookies beer garden and staying at the hostel, the staff was absolutely phenomenal and created a very welcoming environment from day one. Sarah was communicated very well and the schedule was perfect. Tam coc is an absolutely beautiful place to live with both calm nature and fun parties for a bit of variety. I was able to make good friends with the locals that I worked alongside and they were genuinely very excited to show me their culture, food, language etc.

My time at the hostel was very enjoyable. My tasks were at the partner restaurant, Chookie's Beer Garden, where I had a lot of fun working as a host and waitress for customers from all over the world. My team was amazing, and the managers did everything they could to listen to and address any concerns I had. Aside from that, the volunteer team was the best, and I already miss the place and the family I left behind. Thanks to the owner for making me feel welcome and always listening to me.

My experience at the hostel was amazing! I'm very grateful to the whole team for their kindness, support, and for everything they taught me. Working as a bartender was so much fun and I really enjoyed it. I also met incredible people and volunteers who became like a family to me. The owners were always helpful whenever I had any problems. Absolutely amazing experience at one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at. The staff were all amazing and helped wherever they could and the coworkers I had working at chookies were great and I had a blast talking to them. Communication was clear and your hours for the week were clearly delivered and there was enough flexibility to allow for multi-day trips such as the one I took to Hanoi. Overall absolutely amazing experience which made my trip to Vietnam possible and even better thank you to everyone at the hostel and chookies for making my stay the best of my life so far.

I had a lovely week with the hostel. For a first experience of solo traveling and volunteering, the team were so kind and welcoming. I was allowed free washing, free bikes, and discounts on food outside of the two meals provided per day. The rooms were very comfortable and the hostel has a good atmosphere. As a mural painter I was allowed a lot of independence and flexibility. Would recommend this hostel and team to anyone.

One of the best volunteering experiences of my life. The team is especially amazing and I had a great time connecting with them and learning from them. Tasks are very clear and they give you the space to grow and get better in your work. My time as the social host was truly incredible 100% recommend this to anyone
