Jobs on the farm half way between Melbourne and Adelaide are always changing. We're currently looking for help during harvest. You will get to see a wide range of harvest activities while riding in the passenger seat of the truck, helping open gates and watching the augers. No experience needed. An experienced operator will be with you.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

During harvest you will mostly ride with Darren in the truck. Helping him open gates and fill the trucks ready to transport grain. This is a very interesting time of the year. Especially if you don't have experience on a farm.
We provide 3 meals per day 7 days a week. Even when you aren't volunteering. Volunteers are encouraged to provide their own snacks throughout the day.
We ask volunteers to work 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. With 2 days off. We are flexible with days off. Just talk to us as the care of our animals is paramount and we don't want them to accidentally miss out.
Your accommodation is a self-contained unit 100 meters from the main house. You are required to keep the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy. This includes dusting, vacuum and mopping prior to the end of your stay with us.
