Your main role is to create a friendly and social atmosphere at the hostel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bringing guests together and encouraging communication between travelers.
- Organizing social evenings and get-togethers in the common area and around the grill.
- Hosting board game nights.
- Playing guitar and singing for guests.
- Preparing simple snacks for social gatherings, such as cheese and fruit platters.
- Taking photos and short videos of hostel life.
- Creating and publishing Instagram Stories and Reels on @thefriendshostel.
We are looking for someone who enjoys social interaction and can take initiative in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Approximately 25 hours per week.
- 2 days off per week (weekdays, as weekends are our busiest and most social days).
- Minimum stay: 1 month.
We offer:

- Take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
- Be willing to work on weekends, as these are our busiest days.
- Respect the hostel rules and keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
