Program Details

Our program is a collaboration-based exchange and practical learning. During 32 hours per week, volunteers actively participate in ranch life, taking part in field activities, animal care, and self-sustainability projects. Here you learn by doing, sharing, and building in community.

Activities & Shift

Activities include support in the garden and sowing, basic animal care, space maintenance, and participation in self-sustaining construction projects according to the needs of the moment.

We work 32 hours per week, generally distributed over 5 days. The schedules can be adjusted according to weather and field activities. We always seek a balance between work, learning, and living together.
