My time at the project was a truly immersive experience. The host, Angel, is is passionate about her growing business and teaches her volunteers the importance of permaculture. During my stay we planted seedlings, prepared produce to sell at the market, learned how to make local Thai vegan dishes, and much more. The communication with the host was challenging at first, so be prepared for a big learning curve because mistakes will be made. Also there is no wifi so come prepared with cell service if needed. All in all I had a great time and Angel a fierce woman!

I spent ten days at the project in the project and it was a unique experience. the project is beautiful, diverse and evolving. there are fresh fruits, greens, tomatoes etc all grown organically. Angel knew I liked construction so she made sure I was able to work with one of her employees so I could learn more as we built a concrete fence and a carport. I appreciate her accommodating me to let me work in something I enjoy. There were communication issues at times but after discussing we realized there were some cultural differences in communication styles and any issues were resolved.

I am not positive about my stay.
Reason is Angel herself. Although she is knowledgable, she also lacks patience and empathy. I stayed 15 days and in this period she made 2 volunteers cry. First time because she kicked the sweet dog Banana who lives there. Second time she scolded another volunteer 'because she took too many leaves from a kale plant'.

Also she borrowed quite some money from a couple of volunteers, only to give it back on the very last day. Not a nice feeling.

Positive is that she is a good cook (but mostly only the lunch). And I met sweet local kids.

Look for another farm!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this the project where there is a big focus on vegan Thai cooking. Angel will spend the time showing you recipes in detail, just be patient with the learning curve. We wanted to focus on working in the project so we did experience some anxiety around lunch and dinner because volunteers were expected to help cook in a detail-oriented manner. For work, we were shown composting techniques, how to harvest the project, and how to pick fruits/veggies for meals or to make cleaning solutions. Work timing was consistent, off time was respected, overall a good balance of activity.

Had a great two weeks staying with Green and volunteering in Buri ram. The area is very remote so anyone planing on volunteering should be aware of that. We were and it wasn’t an issue for us as it’s what we wanted however. Met some amazing people and learned more about Thai culture, sustainability and local is a food through this experience which was great.

I had a wonderful week at the project! We helped with the rice harvest, did painting around the house, and explored the area on daily bike rides. The stay felt very communal—we cooked together and ended nights with Uno or Scrabble or listening to music around the bonfire. The highlight was meeting the local community. Angel took us to nearby homes where everyone was incredibly welcoming and happy to share their way of life. I only wish I'd stayed longer. Highly recommend for anyone interested in sustainable living, vegan Thai cooking, or seeing life beyond Thailand's tourist spots.

I made a vlog about my stay here (yt: @hyobinah) and more than half of it is me just eating the amazing the project Angel teaches us cook and being mesmerized by how delicious they are. You get to learn so much about local cuisines in the Northeastern part of Thailand, and it's just a heaven for people who like Thai the project and want to try out different vegetarian, local meals. Angel also taught me a lot about permaculture, but my 1 week stay was too short to learn enough. I wish to go back for a longer stay. The house is constantly under construction, and things are improving day by day.

This was a truly authentic experience of life in the countryside. I learned about ecology and the project directly from the farm. Ms. Angel is very kind, always attentive, and generous in sharing her knowledge. The experience really highlights the importance of community work and a genuine love for agriculture

The project is a wonderful place to spend time. Your host, Angel, teaches you many things and lets you participate in her daily life. She's also very concerned about the well-being of nature. The meals are always delicious vegan the project fresh from the project, which you prepare together, and you get to experience many delicious local dishes. I had a wonderful time at the project and can highly recommend it!

My time at the project was really special and unforgettable. Angel is one of a kind. She might seem a bit impatient at first but I challenge you too look beyond the language barriers and actually see her and the amazing work she does. It is an amazing project and Angel has so much to teach for those actually interested in learning. I miss waking up to the sound of the birds, the amazing the project we cooked with ingredients fresh out of the project, and I will definitely miss the mangos! This was my first WP experience and I will never forget it. Thank you so much, Angel! ขอบคุณ
