First at all, thank you once more time Gonzalez for this opportunity and experience. I really enjoyed my days at the farm. They also have 2 lovely dogs. Tasks are easy and get it done easily. If you love nature, you are in the right place. You can go hiking in the area around. But grocery may be a bit challenging. There is a small store half an hour from the farm. But you can do grocery at the same time as Gonzalez or his wife. I strongly recommend it. Oh they have 2 lovely twins. They are so adorable :)

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I'm glad! This family is truly a light and is always willing to help. I will miss babysitting the children dearly. This is truly a beautiful place to stay I definitely recommend coming when it's warm, the land is lovely and so are the people.

Working at the farm was a beautiful experience. The landscapes and nature of the place were beautiful. Gonçalo and his family have big hearts and were very kind and welcoming to me.

Being in quinta da the farm was just a really good experience regarding many many things, the people itself, the environment, the structures and the garden it is just a super interesting place to learn and keep the sustainable jorney, learning and praticing is the best moves in a place like this, as sharing good Thank's to all :)

I have passed 1 month in the farm and it has been a really good experience. It has been my first work away and I am really happy. Rita, Goncalo and Dana are really kind and they are happy to help in every work, and explain if you have doubts. The activitis were divided between the constructions and the garden. The moment I was there we were working for 3 hours each day. The volunteers had the meals in our own kitchen, what was really nice for cooking all together and know better each others.

Hey ! My name is Célestine, I come from France and I have spend 1 month at the farm. Gonçalo, Rita and Dana them daughter was the most nice people I have meeting. They have learn a lot of things to me, there was a very good athmosphere with the others volunteers. The landscape are wonderful, I hope to come back again one day.

I am happy about this staying. It brought me the opportunity to know more about an alternative way of living, a really peaceful one and definitely not against nature! During this 2 weeks I enjoyed working to improve the Permaculture Farm. I felt I was in paradise, surrounded by water, plants, animals and very nice people. I am glad for Gonçalo and Rita because they have reached their dream of living more in contact with earth. Also fell in love with their lovely daughter Dana. Muito obrigado ❤️

I expected to practice my portuguese and learn something about Permaculture, but I didn't learn anything. Just wasted my time and money. Volunteers don't work with the host, and outside working hours, the boss, I mean the hosts stay on one side of the property and the volunteers on another side. Really felt like an unpayed job. I was happy to see others volunteers arrive, because the first days it was just me and the spiders (don't stay in the roundhouse if you don't like to wake up with spiders on your face)..and flies, millions of flies. There was no wifi but a guitar. That was cool.

We feel very sad that Loic is not capable to be social and communicate is needs and instead he decides to write lies about us. After deciding not to help us for one morning he stayed for the weekend and the left us without a warning.

An absolutely amazing experience. I really enjoyed helping around the farm and helping Gonzalo. My first experience with world packers aswell. Goncalo is a great host, and open for suggestions that you may have The 3 hours a day, is no biggie. You'll have all the time to enjoy the outside area, tanning, or whatever you want.
