Volunteering at the the surf the surf the surf camp was a challenging but surprising experience. I injured myself in my first week and had many restrictions regarding the work and the activities I could do. Even so, David and Amanda were super understanding, treated me as part of the family, readjusted my tasks and helped me a lot. The tasks are super easy, the schedule is always respected, the city is beautiful and there is a lot to do. I highly recommend and I can hardly wait to be back. David and Amanda, thank you very much for the warm welcome, you have become family. Much success, love you all 🩵

My first experience at Worldpackers couldn't have been better. I was very well welcomed by David and Amanda, always attentive, and the environment with volunteers and guests is light and respectful. At first, the volume of tasks can be daunting, but in a few days you get into the rhythm and can complete everything on shift — the workload is respected. There is training and good communication. The facilities are great, a comfortable bed and the place is quiet. The location is great, with buses in front and close to the center. Cascais is beautiful, peaceful and safe. I would definitely come back!

By far the best experience of all, I felt super connected with the team, with the guests, and with the place. I was able to explore a lot and learn to surf; the whole team was incredibly loving—just good vibes. The hostel has a special charm and feels like home. I felt like family and, without a doubt, I’ll be back soon 🦋🌻 I hope to return soon.

Nossa primeira experiência com a WP não poderia ter sido melhor. Ter escolhido o the the surf the surf the surf camp pra voluntariar foi muito especial. Mesmo que tenha sido pouco tempo, conhecemos pessoas muito especiais, praticamos idiomas, conhecemos Cascais da melhor forma! Nosso anfitrião do início ao fim foi super comunicativo e respeitoso, se tornou um amigo. As tarefas foram tranquilas de fazer e com flexibilidade para que ficasse bom para ambos. Além de tudo, fizemos alguns passeios com o hostel e conhecemos lugares maravilhosos. Queremos voltar mais uma vez, mas da próxima como hóspedes! ♥️

Es mi primer voluntariado con WP y tengo claro que será de los mejores que viviré nunca. En este lugar hay un ambiente espectacular, las personas que trabajan aquí son maravillosas, y David es un hombre con el que puedes confiar siempre para lo que necesites, súper dispuesto y agradecido. Estoy muy contenta de haber podido compartir este tiempo en este lugar, lo recomiendo al 100%. La ciudad es preciosa y el trabajo que te proporcionan es flexible ya que tienen muy buena comunicación con los voluntarios.
