My experience at the hostel was just perfect! The whole team made me feel at home from day one, and together we created such a wonderful atmosphere between volunteers and guests. Great food and one of the best locations on the island. I feel really lucky to have had the opportunity to teach yoga in such a beautiful place. This hostel is absolutely amazing. While my staying here, I have seen people come here for few days and keep extend it for weeks. Because the vibe is here is truly great. Common area is super social , there are still bunch of place in the hostel that you can stay alone and chill as well. Ping pong rackets, pool sticks and balls, chess boards and even yoga matts are super new and quality. You just need to find a few people to make a tournament :)
Beds are comfortable, showers are nice and big, the entire crew is lovely and foods are very delicious. If you can volunteer here, do not miss it :)

Saying goodbye to the hostel was extremely difficult. I don't think many hostels can compare to the high level of DV facilities, staff, and environment. The people are absolutely incredible, the hostel is clean and cozy, and the cliffside views are out of this world. I want to say a big thank you to Champ and the DV staff for treating me like family and for showing me true kindness. The other volunteers were also incredible and it was amazing sharing this experience with them. The job was easy and as long as you put in the effort, you will have the best time!! DV will see me again!!

My stay at the hostel was fantastic. I had the opportunity to practice my teaching skills and meet amazing people. I loved being isolated from the busy part of the island, being able to relax and connect with people enjoying the beautiful view. Unluckily it was low season, so it was a bit difficult to involve many people for the classes, but Champ, the manager, always made sure I was okay with that and feeling good during my whole stay. I can't wait to be back, hopefully next year

The hostel really feels like a home away from home. All staff members are amazing, helpful and friendly and love a good laugh,. This experience I would recommend to anyone and the host (champ) is very accommodating and helpful with anything I’ve needed. 10/10 for me

I had a great time teaching Yoga at the hostel. Super kind team and volunteers. The schedule was flexible and teaching with such an amazing view was very enjoyable. The hostel is nestled up on a hill which makes it a great way to escape busier areas of Koh Tao. I really liked the vibe at the hostel, food was great, bed was comfy and facilites clean. The hostel is quite social so you'll meet loads of people of all ages. Would definitely recommend!

I spent 2 weeks at the hostel teaching yoga classes, and had a very memorable experience. Not only are the views amazing but the menu is unreal, the staff is so kind, and the activities ran the volunteers were so fun, there was always something going on. the hostel is just one of those places that attracts the coolest people, and has managed to curate the best chill social atmosphere without being a party hostel. I will be returning to Koh Tao one day and the hostel is the best way to do it. Thank you Alex!
