I truly felt like part of a family, and waking up every day to volunteer there was a absolute pleasure. The manager was exceptionally kind and always made sure everyone felt at home. The tasks were clear, well-managed, easy to follow, and honestly so much fun to do! It was an unforgettable experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to volunteer. Highly recommended!

The team/staff was wonderful. They communicated well, were helpful in every way and made sure I felt comfortable. However, the room provided could be improved by adding a closet, there was no place to store clothes and I don't think volunteers should be charged to wash laundry. I would still recommend it because the tasks were easy enough to understand (I helped with breakfast) and because the team is incredibly nice!
