I had a very good and calm experience at Kefi. During my stay, we hosted guests for only three days and, during that period, we helped with breakfast and organizing the rooms and spaces. During my stay at the Chalé guesthouse, I could enjoy a very cozy environment, and in harmony with nature! I woke up to the sound of birds, the morning chill and Caju's affection (the kitten). I completed my tasks in the morning shift, and had the afternoon and evening to enjoy! I did many hikes, bathed in a waterfall, and saw the most beautiful starry sky of them all! I learned to make jackfruit meat, picked from the tree!! Not to mention the other fresh fruits that were available at the Chalé, such as lemons and mangoes that could refresh with a delicious juice! I had a good experience volunteering. The place is very beautiful and we had a good accommodation setup. Being able to feel the peace and the energy so unique of Chapada Diamantina was a privilege. The tasks were easy. I missed a little more closeness with the host; we didn't have many exchanges. But... overall the experience was very positive for me! I recommend it.

My experience at the guesthouse was very good. The environment is great and features a well-structured kitchen, which makes day-to-day life much easier. The host is a very nice and welcoming person. The guesthouse is run by the kitten Caju, who is very docile and easy to take care of. Leila, a collaborator at the place, is a wonderful person, very attentive and welcoming. The place is close to the trails of Fumaça, Águas Claras, Riachinho and also near a market. The carpool culture is very present around here. Although it is a bit far from the village, the experience really is worth it. I highly recommend it!

My experience at the guesthouse was wonderful! Diego is a calm, respectful, kind, and flexible host. I learned things I didn't know, and during the exchanges with him I received many ideas and new perspectives for my professional field. The chalet has a great setup, it's well equipped, there are small grocery stores nearby on the street, and it's only 15 minutes from the Village, in addition to Cajuzinha's company, the cutest mascot cat. It was my first time in Capão, and the whole experience at the guesthouse contributed to making my trip amazing!

Minha temporada na pousada foi uma experiência maravilhosa. O ambiente é tranquilo e bem localizado, a 2 km do centro e com mercados próximos. Os anfitrião foi sempre gentil e acolhedor. Além disso, a companhia da gata Caju, a mascote do chalé, trouxe muita alegria ao meu dia a dia. Aos próximos voluntários, cuidem bem dela! Foi uma experiência que levarei com muito carinho :)

Mal sai e já estou com saudade de estar no Kéfi, principalmente de Caju hahaha A casa é super bem equipada e, apesar de estar um pouco afastada da vida, tem estrutura por perto: mercado, restaurantes, vizinhos e tudo mais. Diego é super flexível e respeitou os combinados, não nos encontramos pessoalmente, infelizmente, mas ele sempre esteve on pra ajudar e tirar dúvidas, até fizemos vídeo chamada pra ele explicar um pouco das demandas… que foram tranquilas de fazer, rapidinho da pra pegar tudo. Vou sentir falta e pretendo voltar.
