Diego, Jorge, and the entire team were incredibly kind and welcoming. They always made sure I felt comfortable and part of the group. The volunteer project was a lot of fun. We worked on a wooden house, planted various plants, and even made our own lemonade. Oxapampa is such a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by amazing nature. Diego cooked delicious meals every single day, and overall, the experience made me feel truly connected to nature. I felt very welcomed and would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a meaningful and authentic experience.

Great week at the project, Diego is very flexible, easy to speak with and open. He gave us the toor of the city and natural park nearby. I learned a lot about the local plantes, fruits and vegetables through working, walking at the market/in nature and cooking, which is a big part of the daily activities !

Dear Emilie,
We are very sorry that you did not have a good time here.
We hope that you have more luck next time...
If you could tell us how to improve our project we would be really grateful.

Diego is a gracious host and a great cook. A very well-rounded individual, he can teach you not only about sustainable agriculture, but also about many other subjects. He has a special passion for archeology. Most of the work revolves around plant and animal care and is reasonably light. Diego works hard to tailor the experience to your specific needs. One of the best aspects of my stay here was how safe I felt during the entire visit, whether hiking the forest, walking the town, or leaving my stuff unattended. I highly recommend this venue with an ideal blend of Nature and culture.

I stayed a little over 10 days volunteering at the end of my trip in Latin America, and it was great; I really recommend it! Diego is very welcoming, he taught me a lot and we planted all kinds of fruits and vegetables. He also really enjoys cooking Peruvian dishes, and I was able to help him daily. I was also with another volunteer, it was a very good experience. Oxapampa is a very cute village to visit and I had the opportunity to go to the nearby national park during my day off, it's magnificent!

Diego y Jorge, fabulosos anfitriones. 10.02.1025
