Program Details

We see this volunteer experience as a professional collaboration based on exchange, learning and mutual contribution. Because volunteer stays are relatively short, we ask all applicants to carefully read our profile before applying. Once the collaboration is confirmed, we'll share our onboarding materials, including the Marketing & Communication Framework and selected recommendations from previous volunteers. Your first three working days combine contribution and onboarding: you'll support our daily communication using our content library while observing the project, understanding current priorities and preparing your proposal. By the end of the third working day, we'll review it together to confirm that expectations, communication styles and ways of working are well aligned. If needed, we'll adjust the work plan or decide together that ending the collaboration is the best option.

Activities & Shift

Working hours are flexible and will be organized through a weekly work plan agreed upon together. The role combines content creation, marketing projects and strategic tasks. Some activities are scheduled, while others depend on guest arrivals, experiences, weather conditions or the natural rhythm of the B&B. This flexibility allows us to balance daily communication with longer-term projects.
