Desa Wisata Girikerto is announce by the government that we have abundant of natural resources. We have many local entrepreneur in farming, making chips and alot more. We will also organise a "local market" every 35 days to promote the traditional food & snack.
With that being said, it requires a lot more promotion to drive tourism into our village. Some of the attractions nearby are including Beteng pendem, Waduk pondok, Air terjun pengantin, Air terjun srambang, Air terjun suwono, Museum trinil, Kebun teh jamus. You may have not heard about it yet because it is not as popular as Yogyakarta or Surabaya. Therefore, you will be among the first to experience it!
