If you're looking for a transformative experience in the heart of nature, this is your volunteer opportunity! I did a second volunteering stint with my partner, and it was great staying at the guesthouse. Felipe lives in a paradise, and we really liked his energy, always ready to improve and learn. The tasks were easy to do. We had little time to see everything, and it was a bit far as well, but if you plan around the bus schedules (there are few, but they exist) you can explore the whole region. Guaraú didn't promise anything, and delivered everything! Note: bring insect repellent and appropriate clothing.

A chehada e difocultosa. A acomodacao foi em um colchao no chao na recepcao, devido suer-lotacao. Porem o local é bem agradavel, ospedes bem comunicativos. A cidade e economica e é um paraizo. O volu tario que vier acres ente mais estrelas pq estou aqui para melhorar.

We received the volunteer Lindbergh between 16 and 25/04/2025. Communication was confusing from the start, making his arrival difficult despite our attempt to pick him up. In the first days, he fulfilled the tasks, but later began neglecting them, in addition to addressing guests in an inconvenient manner, asking for food and drinks and consuming alcohol, although he said he did not drink. He slept most of the time in an air-conditioned chalet and stayed at the reception only two nights. I do not recommend!!!!!
