If you're social, hard working and enthusiastic about joining us, this opportunity is for you.
Your shift will usually be from 5 PM to 10 PM. During your shift, you will be serving drinks such as beer and coffee, helping guests, and creating a fun and friendly atmosphere around the hostel.
Your tasks also include going on \"cleaning trips\" in the hostel and keeping the bar, lounge, and kitchen tidy throughout your shift. We love volunteers who enjoy socialising and making guests feel welcome while helping create a great hostel vibe.
---
We're not a \"party hostel,\" we do have our own bar and lounge where we occasionally host events. The lounge is also the heart of our place where we play games and enjoy ourselves. Additionally, being situated in the heart of the city means that all the \"real party places\" are just 2 minutes away, giving you plenty of options to choose from (if you're interested). We're also happy to assist you in any way possible so that you have time to explore the cities around us. Just ask us anything!
- EU passport is required.
- Not a requirement but we usually give the preference for volunteers who can stay 8 weeks. Often from 4 weeks is also possible.
- The house rules for our guests also apply to our staff. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
- During your shift, alcohol consumption is not permitted, and smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
- We trust you to treat guests and fellow volunteers with respect. However, failure to comply with the rules will result in the immediate termination of our agreement. Let's work together to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Deal?
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
