I absolutely loved my experience volunteering at Paradiso! The work is easy and fun (doesn’t really feel like work) and the benefits are great. The Laguna is truly a magical place to unwind and connect with nature and yourself. I loved watching the sunrise over the Laguna, taking daily swims, and having access to the kayaks and paddle boards. Paradiso is such a lovely place with an incredible staff that were always so welcoming. It was also a great place to practice my Spanish with the staff and local guests. I highly recommend this volunteer opportunity!

Had the best time ever! So glad I chose to volunteer at Paradiso. It felt like home from the moment I got here. The staff is local and very sweet, it felt like a family and they were always joking around. There's so many activities to do, and I will for sure miss my morning swims. It's social since you'll meet new people everyday and the tasks are very simple. Would definitely recommend this volunteering! Especially if you want to discover Nicaragua on the weekends and stay at a beautiful lake during the week. Also, the fact that you get all 3 meals + 20$ per week is amazing!

We absolutely loved our time at Paradiso. Briana is extremely helpful, kind and always quick to any queries & make sure you're comfortable. The place is absolutely outstanding. You're really grow an attachment to the place, and the fellow staff, the dogs as well as the beautiful lake really pulls you in. The tasks as a volunteer are very simple - especially if you have volunteered at other hostels before. The clientele is definitely something to adjust to - it's a mix of backpackers, locals, and families, but it's stills fun! We get amazing perks as volunteers too. Couldn't recommend more!!

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The staff and the other volunteers are incredibly lovely. It's a beautiful place to calm your mind in your body! The activities really help to bring community together and it's just an amazing thing that we as volunteers get to bring people together like that, just be mindful that the work itself will not include much bar work, but I did not mind that at all. I actually loved my tasks more than I could've expected. thanks for the team for making it possible and also being flexible, i ended up extending to one and a half months because i just love it here!

This experience was one i am glad i took. The people and the environment was amazing. Waking up to see the sunrise was truly magnificent. The lake is a unique and beautiful place that separates you from the world and allows you to live in a paradise. I enjoyed the time I had here and wished i could've stayed longer but the show must go on. I highly recommend this place.

The staff are super lovely and I got along with everyone, I don't even want to leave here. This is THE BEST place where I've volunteered (and I've done a lot). The first thing you see is a beautiful lagoon, and you instantly feel happy you'll be there for the following weeks. The staff is so nice and friendly, I've spent so much time speaking with everyone. The tasks are easy and fun. You can divide your time between the two hotels so you never get bored. It's the perfect place if you want to rest and swim during the day, and go to Granada for some party when off. Thanks to everyone at the hostel's and Paradiso, you made my time there amazing. Hoping to come back!
