Minha primeira experiência com a Worldpackers no sítio foi especial. Desde o início, fui recebido com carinho pelos anfitriões e me senti em casa, mesmo sem conhecer ninguém. Max e Mati nos fizeram sentir parte da família, criando momentos únicos, como o dia da pizza que se tornou inesquecível. Trabalhar na cozinha junto ao marketing foi uma troca incrível, aprendi muito e aproveitei cada momento. Além do trabalho, as amizades e a energia do lugar tornaram tudo inesquecível. Saio com gratidão imensa e lembranças que levarei comigo sempre. Obrigado por todo o carinho da equipe o sítio.

Un lugar maravilloso cerca de catanzaro, en el lugar conocimos a personas increíbles que nos hicieron sentir en casa desde el primer momento. Los anfitriones super atentos a nuestras necesidades y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. El restaurante con el que colaboramos está increíble y el equipo lleno de energía y alegría, cada uno hacia sentir que su trabajo los hacía felices.. Una experiencia maravillosa que repetiría sin pensarlo, agradezco a Max, a Mati y a todos los colaboradores por el respeto y sinceridad con la que manejaban las cosas, 25 estrellas para la granja.

La granja fue una experiencia fascinante el restaurante es sumamente lindo y la comida del lugar maravillosa. Los anfitriones, Max y Mati se portaron increíble conmigo, en todo momento fueron respetuosos y me hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer día. Me gustó mucho conocer a personas extraordinarias durante el tiempo que estuve ahí, les tomé mucho cariño, además pude conocer a través de ellos la cultura argentina. Agradezco mucho que las actividades con las que colaboramos hayan sido enfocadas a marketing y fue super interesante aprender y ayudar en una cocina profesional.

Mi experiencia en la granja fue hermosa porque me enseño mucho de la vida, vas a vivir muy cerca de la granja pero Borgia es tan lindo que vas a preferir ir caminando, pero lo mejor para mí sin duda fue que me permitió compartir con personas muy distintas a mí y eso te nutre de aprendizajes que terminas valorando mucho. En el trabajo te enseñan todo lo que necesitas saber y lo hacen con paciencia, así que no te preocupes, en conclusión, la experiencia siempre va a depender de cada uno, hasta qué punto uno esté dispuesto a adaptarse, abrirse y compartir con los demás.

Mati is an amazing host with whom you can share both the good and the bad, and he helps or supports you in solving any concerns or issues that arise during your stay. My experience, sadly, was mostly washing dishes, which was not what I had expected, and even less with the intensity there was, but it was a matter of task availability at the place… but thanks to Mati we found a middle ground where he could do what was necessary and I did more enjoyable tasks. An experience that, to some extent, wasn't for me, but I am grateful for it.

Los voluntarios con los que compartí estas semanas fueron lo mejor de esta experiencia, considero que el trabajo varía según las fechas, en mi caso me tocaron semanas bastante cargadas pero aprendi bastante de esta primer voluntariado en restaurante.

Para nós essa experiência não fez sentido. O local é muito afastado de outras regiões, precisa contar com transporte que não tem horários e passa poucas vezes. As instalações não são boas, muito mofo, um quarto dentro do outro, banheiro dentro do quarto de outras pessoas. O anfitrião ñ nos recebeu, nos fez trabalhar 5h no primeiro dia, mesmo depois de andar 10h de ônibus. Enfim, não houve troca cultural, socialização, comunicação nem nada disso. Eles precisam de pessoas p/ trabalhar no restaurante em troca de uma cama p/ dormir, se fizer sentido pra vc é isso. Mas não é o intuito da plataforma

On our side, we always prioritize communication and respect, and with you it wasn't an exception: we cared about how you felt and everything was discussed clearly. It's hard to understand how you can comment on the experience or on how we got along when you were there for less than a day. Moreover, leaving without notice and without even saying goodbye struck us as a lack of respect.

Las condiciones no son las mejores. Pasamos mucho frío ya que no hay calefacción, a la casa nunca le da el sol, y es muy húmedo. La comida no es nutritiva, ni variada. El ambiente en el restaurante no es el mejor. Mucho grito y caras largas.

Seré honesta respecto a mi breve experiencia en la granja. Lo mejor , fueron las personas con quien compartí la casa y el trabajo. Súper a la mano , me divertí trabajando y probé cosas ricas . Los horarios y días se respetan. Lo que no me gustó es que la casa era muy fría , y no había estufa en las habitaciones. La única ducha estaba en mi habitación y por ende la privacy non c'è. Le faltan comodidades. Estoy segura que durante el verano la experiencia hubiera sido distinta. Si queres vivir la cultura argentina en Italia , esta experiencia es para vos
