Although our fellow volunteers welcomed us well from the very first moment, we did not feel supported by the host. We were there to work on creating content for social media, but that was usually not the case: we spent the five hours of volunteering scrubbing. The main problem was the lack of communication and clear guidelines about the work. On the other hand, both the facilities and the food they provide are quite scarce. Although the team of volunteers made the experience more enjoyable and supported us, in this volunteering you are more of a worker than a volunteer.

Zoe, no one has forced you to help in the kitchen. Unfortunately the content you have created was not up to the standard of our promotional activity. We told you several times to change the way you did it, and you did not change it. The photos were dark and the details were not at the standard of what we do here, and you yourselves offered to help in the kitchen, so you could have left if you were not comfortable, as you did in any case. I wish you luck.

The experience as such is good and you have a good time thanks to the incredible team of volunteers and workers who are at the farm However, there were certain differences from time to time with the management and the ways of treating people were not always the best. And sometimes raised voices and bad manners. Repeatedly during the week the dinners provided for the team were not enough. Also more than a calm volunteering, it was quite a lot of work and you generally ended up very tired As an experience it's fine, you learn a lot about the field of gastronomy, but it's not for everyone

It was a wonderful experience for my first volunteering opportunity. The truth is that the good atmosphere was thanks to all the volunteers; an incredible team was formed. Suddenly there were a few details that were discussed on the spot and resolved. But I am very happy and grateful to everyone.
