En mi caso, fue una experiencia un poco improvisada, venía de un voluntariado que lo dieron de baja en la app. Son personas muy involucradas en escucharte y darte una mano en lo que ellos puedan. Te hacen parte de sus celebraciones especiales. Lo que a mi no me funcionaba era que se extendía a lo largo de todo el día las tareas (entre las 8 am y las 23 hrs) la cantidad de tareas y el tema del ruido cotidiano de la dinámica del hogar (gritos) si eres una persona sensible como yo, es posible que te sirva andar con tus tapones de oído o audífonos o en lo posible tomarte tu tiempo fuera.

I think it's pretty harsh to say that this is how we run our home. It's true that there are times when people raise their voices, especially the children, but it's something that happens whenever you're around them.
Regarding the tasks, the contract clearly specifies the tasks and you knew them before coming, but they are never more than 5 hours. When you did more, you were given a day off afterwards. And the tasks are shared among three. In fact, we decided to have three volunteers to lighten your load.
I wasn't planning to comment here at all, because I had taken away the good parts. But since we're at it, I'll tell you that we were already very uncomfortable with you:
- You never fully finished your tasks, you let other volunteers help more because you did less.
- Instead of starting at the time everyone started, you did it about three hours later (most of the time you were late);
- and you shut yourself off completely even after we helped you find a job (a job that, by the way, you also left us in a bad light).
- The earplugs thing... you wore them even when the kids were at school and there was absolute silence!
Anyway... you should learn to be more grateful because we gave you more than enough reasons to be grateful (we even showed you at the start of the volunteering when we decided to accept you even though the dates were moved up)
If you have trouble living with the rest, consider doing a volunteering again with other people.

Son personas respetuosas, abiertas y con disposición a compartir o respetar espacios personales. Conocí a otras voluntarias y fue una muy linda experiencia. El piso es muy central en cullera tanto como para llegar a la playa o para llegar a la estación e ir hasta valència donde yo pude realizar mis cursos sin ningún problema ya que siempre fueron flexibles conmigo. Lau y Javi te hacen sentir en tu propia casa tienen mucha organización, unos hijos adorables y unos gatitos y perros que aveces son muy graciosos, comí platos muy ricos y valencianos les estoy muy agradecida por haberme ayudado!!
