Program Details
At La Rueda we like to share, exchange moments and experiences with our visitors and volunteers. We always seek experiences that can add value for everyone and that we can live in an atmosphere of nice energy, without neglecting work and obligations. We really like music, as well as nature and animals.
Activities & Shift
Within the daily routine there are activities that have a defined schedule and others that are at the volunteers' discretion. Here's a bit more about the volunteers' basic work:
With specific schedules:
8:00 a.m. take the horses out to graze
6:00 p.m. bring them back to their corral, fill the drinking troughs and feed the dogs
During the day:
Water the plants in the summer
Collect the feces of the horses and dogs
Gallery cleaning (wash the floor and windows)
Continue with the project activities that we are carrying out that week, such as maintenance activities for the specific maintenance posts, or repair furniture, decorate spaces, etc.
Rules
Here at La Rueda we like to welcome volunteers who have a good attitude, a desire to share, and who are proactive. We believe that mutual respect is the most important thing for relationships to be positive and constructive for everyone. Cleanliness and order are also important, which is why we place a lot of emphasis on that topic.
