From the first moment Alberto was great, we easily bonded, and I had an amazing time with him and everyone I met during my time there. I learned a lot about gardening, cooking and his life philosophy. He was always proposing nice activities (apart from the “working” part) to do together, such as popular festivals, visiting different towns and meeting his friends. He was also very attentive to my (and the other volunteers') needs and making sure we felt comfortable. I really recommend this experience, and to do it for at least 3 weeks!

I had a great experience with Alberto! He always makes sure to involve you in different activities, while also giving you the opportunity to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. He's also a great cook and makes the best papilla 😂 The location is perfect if you love nature and peace, but not ideal if you want to be close to the city or have easy access to public transportation. I'd recommend it more for people who aren't too shy, as Alberto really enjoys interacting and spending time together. I'd definitely come back. I miss Timo🐶and humus🐱

I couldn't have wished for a better time in Toscany. Alberto is such an warm hearted Person. From the first Moment on I felt welcome. The Landscape is beautiful, the animals are so lovely. We did everyday something else beside the routine, garden work and feeding animals, we did some Lavender cutting, we even did some essential oil. And we cooked a lot… Alberto is a really good chef and I learned a lot from him. All in all its a perfect Place to calm down, to connect with nature, animals, people and with yourself. I am so grateful, thank you Alberto!!

My experience with Alberto was amazing! I got to harvest lavender, work on ceramics and paintings, as well as cooking delicious meals with him, and take care of the garden and animals. Every day we agreed upon the activities for the next day. It was the perfect balance between learning by doing and getting to experience the true Tuscan culture. The accommodation was great. Alberto is very clear on his instructions, he's respectful, and appreciates punctuality. I completely recommend this experience! All my love for him, Timo, Humus, and the chickens <3

As my first volunteering experience it was everything I could have hoped for and so much more! Alberto is really the sweetest guy. Such a creative and inspiring soul. We sent time cooking, making ceramics, painting, looking after the chickens and making small trips to the beach and nearby towns. As well as hiking around the beautiful Tuscan countryside, taught me some Italian, introduced me to local people. Beyond all of that, we formed a genuine heart-to-heart connection. I'm truly grateful for his kindness, generosity, and everything I learned during my stay. Just the best!

Defenitely one of the most talented person I met so far. I am so greatful for all the time we spent together. We did paint a lot, made ceramic, handprinted work and visited galleries and lots of places together. The greatest source of motivation. There will always be a room for her in my house. Super recommended!!

The world needs more poople like Diana too. :) She is a very wise and matured person. Around the lavender harvest it's always a busy time but she was super good at it by putting a lot of determination to complate her daily task. A beautiful energy to have around the house. Super recommended!!

My experience with Alberto was very positive. The place was beautiful, a true paradise. Participating in the farm tasks was really enjoyable, from the ceramics and arts to the village projects like theater and cinema. Gardening, in particular, was incredibly peaceful. It was a very enriching experience to live everyday life of the Italians in the Tuscan villages. Alberto was a very kind host, always generous and inspiring. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to have learned and grow there and for all the positive moments we shared.

This was my first time with Worldpackers. I was paired with a host in Tuscany Italy looking for art & help with ceramics. I will caution that you are far far removed from city life, it is deep in the mountains of Italy , you are in the guesthouse up the road. There is a hotel farther down the road but it only opens in summers . Alberto was a great host and I loved the dog and cat that live there as well. We did some ceramic work and acrylic painting. Alberto even got a class setup where I taught a few locals basic drawing , color theory and painting. This lead to working in community
