Program Details

Warmth, good service and hygiene are the fundamental pillars of our hostel, and we hope volunteers will collaborate to keep it that way.
In the morning, help is needed restocking breakfast, handling some check-outs and check-ins, answering inquiries across all communication channels and advising guests on activities. In the afternoon the tasks are similar; there are more guests making inquiries and more check-ins. During the night shift, breakfast is prepared and the hostel is kept orderly, ensuring that rest hours and tranquility are respected while most of the hostel rests. Likewise, you are responsible for remembering the hours of use of any common areas, closing and cleaning the kitchen.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, sociable and committed volunteer.
