This was my first volunteering experience, and I absolutely loved it! Mariantonietta and her family made me feel very welcome. The work with all the different animals was so much fun and very easy. We often finished early and if there was nothing left to do, we had extra free time. For our days off, she gave us great recommendations for nearby cities. She also always invited us to join her for local events or to meet her friends, which was really nice. I would love to come back in the future.

I had a great time volunteering here. The live on the farm is nice and chill. Mariantonieta, Vito and all the animals made my feel very confortable here.
I have enjoyied the company of other volunteers while working and staying. And outside of the farm we had good parties, great food, and trips to explore beautifull towns during our time off.

I couldn't have wished for a better first experience as working as a volunteer! Mari and her family da fantastic job at making you feel part of their family and community and you can really learn a lot regarding nature and actively participating in local and social events. She and her father share and exude the same passion for this type of work on the farm and it was very lovely to work with such a variety of different animals. I would definitely recommend this experience for everyone who's interested in getting in touch with nature and the local life of the south of Italy!

Great great great! It's a very social environment where you'll get to meet lots of locals (Mariantonietta is very popular!). You'll learn a lot about Pugliese culture and are encouraged to visit all lovely towns around the area. And of course, plenty of interaction with animals, and unlimited access to cheese (best ricotta I've ever tried) and other delicious produce xp And if you are into history, I recommend sharing a coffee with Vito every day :)

The farm is a really special place. Mari and Vito are extremely generous and warm and will always do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home 🫶 The work with the animals was super interesting and you will get to see different parts of Puglia and also get to know more deeply about italian culture and specifically pugliese culture. ♥️

I had a wonderful time at the farm - Mariantonietta and her family and friends make sure you feel welcome, appreciated, and are just lovely people to talk to. I really enjoyed exploring the beautiful nature around the farm, and spending time with the animals, as well as learning about the farm life! There is lots of great food (fresh cheese!) provided. Everything feels very intentional and caring. I would definitely like to come back and spend more time.

Mariantonietta is a wonderful host, always available and who does her best to make the volunteers feel comfortable and at home. The work is not that demanding and especially if you are more than one volunteer it can be done in a really short time so that you'll have a lot of free time during the day. Jjust remember that he bathroom and shower are outside but once you get used to it it's not a big deal! I loved meeting Maria's friends and be part of her world for a while. It was a truly meaningful and enriching experience that i will never forget. Thank you!

HUGE THANKS TO MARI & HER WONDERFUL FAMILY & FRIENDS!!🙏🏼This experience let me live life in such a unique way! Volunteers share a dedicated space (pls keep it clean!) and have plenty of food to cook, expect lots of delicious cheese! Work starts early and it's real farm work, not for the faint-hearted, so be ready to get dirty and smell some poo 😅 Good to know: wifi only in the main house, bathroom and shower are in a separate building. Mari does her absolute best to make you feel comfortable, she's kind, social, generous, flexible, and incredibly welcoming. GRANDE MARI & the farm!!❤️
