My stay in the hostel was really lovely and suuuper chill. Tilcara is a beautiful place, there are several spots to explore and it's great to use as a base to reach farther places. The tasks are super easy and relaxed; I really had a lot of free time and I was very comfortable. Mari and Fabri were very calm, kind, and attentive to anything you needed. Thanks for having me!! :)

I highly recommend this experience; Tilcara is a beautiful place and it is a halfway point on the map to explore the quebrada. The hosts are excellent, very hospitable; since I arrived I felt very comfortable. The tasks are simple and the space is comfortable. It is a lovely family-run hostel and I made friends with other travelers who passed through here. Without a doubt one of the best volunteering experiences!

It was my first experience as a volunteer, and it was really good. Fabricio, Mariela, Dai, and Lucy were very helpful from the first moment and explained everything I needed clearly.
The tasks were exactly those mentioned in the proposal, and whenever I needed to ask something, they explained it to me very well.
It is a quiet and welcoming hostel, and during my stay I always felt very comfortable.

An unforgettable experience.
Fabri, Mari, Dai and Lu were always very kind to us and there was never a shortage of cordiality or respect.
We stayed all January and felt it like our home in Tilcara.
It is close to the center and to some trails, which made it very convenient to get around.
The work is super quiet and Fabri and Mari are always attentive to anything that comes up; there is very good host-volunteer communication.
There was no problem with the contract we had; everything was respected to perfection.
If you can do this volunteer work, we highly recommend it.

My volunteering at Loma Tika was pleasant and calm. We were 2 volunteers since it is a small hostel with a family-like vibe. The activities involved maintenance of common spaces and, on occasion, cleaning of rooms. It is in an accessible location and close to the square. The neighborhood is quiet with views of the mountains. Thank you, Loma Tika! It was a pleasure to accompany you.

In the hostel I had a great time! A place to rest, disconnect and immerse yourself in the culture and history of Quebrada de Humahuaca. Close to the center but not in the bustle, it lets you move around everywhere and stay calm in the moments you need! Fabri and Mari are wonderful, as are Luci and Dai who keep you company during their shifts 🫂 Thank you very much 🙌🏽
