We had a wonderful experience staying with Raewyn and David at their beautiful house by the home, surrounded by amazing nature and peaceful views. During our stay, we helped with painting and cleaning while restoring their daughter’s house, as well as some easy housekeeping tasks at their home.
They were always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making sure we felt comfortable at all times. Their whole family is warm, kind, and lovely to be around.
It was a truly positive experience! I am very grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend it.

Our experience with Raewyn and David was fantastic. First we helped out at their daughter's house in Springfield, and then we went to their home near Dunedin. The place is absolutely lovely and the people are so friendly. Raewyn and David were wonderful hosts and treated us like their own children. Their family were also very kind to us. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this experience! I would definitely stay there again!

In the afternoon I had time to explore the region. They gave me many suggestions about what to do and places to visit. I felt like a was part of their family!

I totally enjoyed my time with Raewyn & David. I stayed at their lovely place and their daughter's place near Christchurch where they were renovating the house at the time. They made sure that I have everything I need and feel comfortable. Raewyn's food was absolutely delicious. When it comes to work I would recommend to be flexible, as it is very weather depending. I did a lot of painting. Besides that I was gardening and did other general tasks around the house. The work hours were flexible and I got multiple opportunities to explore the area and meet their friends and family. Thank you!☺️
