AN AMAZINGGGG EXPERIENCE! From the quick responses to always being available to help me…Abdalla has been an amazing host. The accommodation was perfect allowing me my own room/bathroom/work space. I absolutely loved volunteering at this the school. Even though I didn't speak Swahili, the teachers were kind enough to help me translate and allow me to play and teach the kids. This experience was perfect to get a local experience while still being near the beach/touristy areas in Nungwi for activities. Everyyyy bit of this was worth the fee. I miss it so much already and I cannot wait to be back.

I really enjoyed my experience here! The location is amazing, it's super easy to walk into town, and make friends! I also had so much fun with the kids. the the school is not very structured and I did not always have direction on where to go or what to do, so it's important to take initiative and go into classes and teach the kids even when no one is telling you what to do. Abdalla was a great host and the transfer from the airport was very easy. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe for my entire stay!
