Your main tasks:

As a volunteer, you will work on average 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week. In return, you will receive free accommodation at our hostel Wayki Guest House, located in the heart of Huaraz, near markets, restaurants and other services.
Community Management: Creating and managing content for our social media networks.
Logistical Support for Tours: Assist in organizing activities and excursions for Wayki Travel Agency.
Light Maintenance: Collaborate in cleaning or basic care of common areas, or areas you use, as needed.
Meet the established work schedules (4 hours per day, 5 days a week).
If you need an additional day off or have an issue, please let us know in advance to reorganize the activities.
Be respectful of guests, staff, and other volunteers.
Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude.
Avoid making loud noises or causing discomfort in common areas, especially during rest hours.
Illicit substances are not permitted on the hostel premises.
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption that could affect your duties or the convivencia.
It is prohibited to bring unauthorized guests to the facilities.
