I had an amazing experience here! 💛 for my first volunteer experience, i couldn't have asked for more. i met incredible people, made great friends, and had so much fun. Nicolas is great! he's really straightforward, so you always know what's expected from you. if you're ever unsure about something, just talk to him. Communication is key. the tasks are easy, so you'll have plenty of free time to explore. the hostel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. i'd definitely recommend this place! 😊🌎

Very good hostel to volunteer in if you're looking for a place to work in Montanita. The hostel is very well located, right next to the beach and a couple minute away from the city center. The work itself is very chill and the shift are well respected. It is the best in the city if you are looking to meet people, connect with travelers and have fun !

My time at the guest house in Montañita was amazing, definitely my best volunteering experience so far. The work is usually pretty relaxed, and Nico is a great, chill boss. The vibe at the hostel is incredible, I had so much fun playing card games, partying, surfing, and just chilling on the beach. I also really loved always having a great team of volunteers around. I highly recommend volunteering at the guest house.

Nico is an incredible host and the guest house Home is an awesome place. The activities are talk with the guests, play PS4 and keep clean the social areas (kitchen and bathroons). The work schedule were always flexible and respected.

The guest house is an amazing place to volunteer, nico the host is super chill and it doesn't feel like he's your boss! the tasks are pretty chill, most of the time the work is to just socialise and clean up and also the night shifts where you work at the bar are so much fun!!! all in all i would recommend working here, you'll meet amazing people and feel like a family!

I had a lot of fun at Nico's hostel! The work was fair — cleaning up and socializing. There are about 4, 5, 6 or so other volunteers so you will have a the guest house family while in Montañita.
