** Transformations?**
Transformers Mathare invites volunteers to participate in a dynamic exchange of skills, creativity, and culture. Participants can strengthen our digital presence through social media management, web development, and multimedia storytelling, or dive into hands-on community projects. We offer diverse opportunities for direct engagement, including teaching and mentorship for children, as well as lead initiatives in painting, arts, and dance to foster self-expression and joy among the youth. In our carpentry center, volunteers can also support locals in acquiring technical skills for sustainable livelihoods.
To sustain these vital programs, we welcome donations of resources such as laptops, cameras, books, and art supplies, as well as sewing equipment for our women’s tailoring initiative. We empower volunteers to share their unique hobbies and expertise, allowing them to lead independent projects that resonate with their passions. Whether your focus is on creative arts, education, or vocational training, your contribution will play a pivotal role in empowering the women, youth, and elderly of Mathare.
All volunteer must sign and adhere to our volunteer policy that safe guard each one of us.
