I would like to thank the entire the hostel team for the wonderful time I spent with them. The hostel is very comfortable and well located, the area is safe and ideal for sightseeing, exploring Istanbul's neighborhoods, or going out partying. Everyone was very friendly and always made sure I was comfortable. You can learn Turkish and share many moments with them. The tasks are simple and they are open to changing your schedule if you need to. Having a private room was a luxury. I hope to see them again every time I visit Istanbul.

Every person I meet here, from Kemal Bey and Mujda Abla, to staff, other volunteers, neighbors, restaurant and sok workers near the hostel were very kind and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better first WorldPackers experience! My agreed upon date was the 28th but since I was stuck in Turkey due to the regional tension and flight bans. The hosts allowed for me to start 10 days early! Which is so much appreciated! The work is as stated, very flexible and the night and evening shift workers are very knowledgeable, fun to work with, and learn from. I learned so much about Turkey!

This was the perfect place to stay in Istanbul. Mujde and Amaç are really nice and they make me feel welcome since the first day. The shifts were simple are they are really flexible so you can enjoy the city. I had a comfortable room just for myself and also the place is close to all of the touristic places. For sure I wanna stay in the hostel hotel again.

My experience with the hostel was wonderful, the team is very friendly and makes you feel at home. I stayed for a month and learned about the management of the hostel, the culture, history, and the life of the locals.
