Our Ibiza farmhouse is a constant source of inspiration and jobs to do! Right now we are looking for extra pairs of hands to help around the house and garden, and we need help looking after our chickens . Hardworking and fun team players with a friendly and positive attitude are welcome. If you have worked with tools before and know how to build things that would be great ;))
We currently have space for Travellers in Vans and can provide a Caravan to stay in which is designed for up to 2 People.

We're looking for people who enjoy creating order, working independently, noticing what needs doing and taking initiative. The role is less about physical labour and more about helping a busy household run smoothly and creating a pleasant environment for everyone.

🤝 Tasks & Responsibilities in House:
The focus is mainly on indoor household support and helping keep the home running smoothly.
There is no strict daily schedule, and volunteers are generally free to organise their own hours. However, there are a few time-sensitive tasks that need to fit around the rhythm of the household.
The family usually starts the day slowly, and the kitchen is actively used throughout the morning (roughly 8:00 am–11:00 am). Dinner preparations typically begin again around 4:00–4:30 pm.
For that reason, the main kitchen clean-up should take place sometime between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
This includes:
• Washing dishes
• Loading and unloading dishwashers
• Running the dishwashers when needed
• Wiping down surfaces
• Resetting the kitchen so it is clean and ready for the evening
Other daily tasks include:
• Laundry (starting loads, hanging them up and keeping the process moving throughout the day)
• Taking rubbish and recycling into town, as we do not have collection bins at the property
• Feeding the chickens and guinea pigs
• Watering plants (usually done in the evening)
• Grocery shopping once per week
• Occasionally preparing lunches or cooking a meal
Many tasks require a bit of planning and time management. For example, it often makes sense to start a load of laundry first, then complete the kitchen clean-up while the machine is running, and hang the laundry afterwards. We appreciate people who can organise their workflow independently and keep several small tasks moving throughout the day.
