The reservation is a magical place, far from the city, there is a lot of peace. You will definitely be able to connect with nature. We learned a lot about self-sustainability and bioconstruction. Steven is a great host, very kind, attentive to everything we needed. He took us to visit Alagoa and some nearby waterfalls. He fulfilled everything that was agreed. Spending two weeks at the reserve was an incredible experience. A place I will keep in my heart forever. A very welcoming place, with landscapes and energy incredible.
Waking up every day amidst nature and starting my daily routine by watching the sun rise was transformative. The tasks were rotating, and it was great to learn about the routines and the work Steven does at this place.

I spent two weeks at the reserve and it was wonderful. If I hadn't had other commitments, I would have stayed longer. The exchange program is very generous, the tasks are rotating and quite varied, the environment is very welcoming and the place is amazing. I really enjoyed both my work time and my free afternoons. We did several excursions, which gave us the opportunity to meet local people and see amazing places. Don't miss the ascent to the San Agustín reserve; it's a true privilege to have it so close!

Several moments, when it was just me and nature, I could feel my body as an extension of the place, one. If it's the type of connection you're seeking, it's the ideal place. The work was rotating, so I believe it made everything calmer, as it was a mix of days more intense with days lighter. Not to mention that Steven was a very flexible host regarding many things, which made the experience a nice exchange. We have a separate and well-equipped chalet, I met people from various parts of the world, practiced languages, ate well and lived close to nature. I will cherish it. ✨
