Had a great time staying at hostel4u!!! the work was never too much with shifts being scheduled for a couple of hours per day. the location is great, the beach is right outside and old town is a short walk away. Blazo was a great manager and the other volunteers were a lot of fun! the social aspect of the hostel was really nice, met loads of people through the hostel's pub crawls and other activities. Thanks Blazo and the rest of the team for such a great stay!!!

Such a fun time, we had never volunteered before so this was definitely a great first experience. The other volunteers were so welcoming and we became a really tight group having movie nights, dinners out, walks and of course a big sleepover after the pub crawls. The work itself is very manageable, the morning shifts don't start too early and you're never left on your own to sort something. The hostel is in a great location, we spent a lot of our free time sunbathing on the pier/ beach

Great place, great people, and a great boss. The expectations are clearly defined, the workload is never too much, and help is always there if you need it. Blazo does a great job of being supportive while also being hands-off. The hostel is in a great location that's hard to beat, and the guests are absolutely phenomenal people. I actually extended my stay because of how much I enjoyed it here, and I definitely will be looking back fondly at my time here. I couldn't recommend this place enough—it's absolutely worth it.

I loved my experience here! It's a great place to relax, enjoy nature and just take a break from everything. You have the sea right in front of you, and the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. At the same time, it's also a great place to socialize. They have games and drinks every day, so there's always something fun happening and it's easy to meet new people. About the work, everything was very organized. The schedule was respected, the tasks were easy and the hours were followed perfectly. I really enjoyed my time here and I definitely recommend this place!

I couldn't have asked for a better hostel to volunteer at! the manager blazo is the best, he make's sure you're comfortable and cares about all the volunteers. The work is extremely manageable so you'll have plenty of time to explore kotor, enjoy fun nights out and still sleep in. I highly recommend anyone to volunteer here especially if you enjoy partying and being social!

I couldn't possibly recommend volunteering at Hostel4U any more and such a massive part of that can be attributed to Blazo- he's exactly what you want in a manager. The workload is so reasonable and he's very flexible in case you're not able to work or you would like a few days off to explore areas around Kotor. He's attentive and informative in what your job entails without being overbearing and he does an incredible job at facilitating one of the most sociable environment I've experienced at a hostel- I made so many friends in my 7 weeks there and was so sad to leave. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the best time at hostel 4 u!! I could not recommend enough! The work is super reasonable, the hours vary but usually around 4 hours and the it was nice to have different kinds of shifts from housekeeping to reception and prepping the family dinners. The location is great for days by the beach and a relaxed atmosphere! I met some really beautiful people and Blazo the manager is really great. If you enjoy hanging out with people and fun nights out with drinking games and the pub crawl this is the place for you!!!

This volunteer position has to be one of my favourite! It's located right on the beach in a beautiful town, work is easy, hours are super chill (around 4 hours a day), and you'll meet some great people along the way. I already miss the little family I created here. Thank you to Blazo and my volunteer group for making this experience so enjoyable. If you're looking for a social hostel with good vibes to call home for a month or so, I'd recommend Hostel 4 U!
