If you want to deep clean a hostel, or care for 2 dogs, then maybe that could be a nice experience. Although, I was expecting work on reforestation and a little construction I said I wanted to learn. I would not have chosen this project otherwise, and that is what led me to leave earlier. The hours of work were very unclear too. Pablo, the host, was amiable during the stay, but I can't shake off the feeling that I was lied to by the host to do work for the profit of the hostel. I also payed for food that was for the dogs without knowing and Pablo refused to pay me back some of that amount.

Working with Maria was incredible; she helped a lot with our painting, planting, and animal care activities. We also had some activities in the river and night tours in search of flora and fauna in the area, always willing to learn and willing to help without having to be asked.
