Program Details

My Name is Vu Duong, i am own a tourism service in Ha Giang, called: Peaceful Mountain Homestay.

We are looking for more than just temporary help—we are looking for future collaborators. We treat this volunteer position as a "trial period" to see if our values and work ethics align. If you love the Ha Giang lifestyle, perform exceptionally well, and help us scale our marketing and operations, we are open to discussing a long-term business partnership.

Once your volunteer period concludes, we are prepared to explore a profit-sharing model or a collaborative business agreement. We believe in rewarding the people who help us build our dream. If you are a digital nomad or entrepreneur looking for a permanent base in Southeast Asia and a business to call your own, this could be the start of your next big chapter.

We need someone who treats our business as their own.

Activities & Shift

We are looking for a creative, data-driven volunteer to help us:

- Optimize our existing and new content to help us rank better on search engines and increase organic traffic, reach more people and amplify the impact of our travel services.

- You’ll be part of a team that values creativity, welcomes new ideas, and is dedicated to making a difference.
